Return terms and conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be returned in a original condition including all labels, swing tags, dust bag and bag accessories
- Postage charges are not refundable
- It is the buyer's expense to return or exchange a item. If the product however is faulty we will meet our obligation in accordance with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act
In the unfortunate event that you receive your Imbellished piece in a faulty condition we will happily replace the piece free of charge, subject to availability.
If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund to the value of the purchase price.
We will not issue refunds or exchanges for pieces that have been damaged through wear and tear.
Please be aware that Imbellished pieces are crafted using natural leather materials and we do not take responsibility for natural leather blemishes and differences between pieces.
Credits or refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
If you wish to exchange your Imbellished piece the item must be returned in accordance to our return terms and conditions
How to return an item
- If you wish to return or exchange an item please get in touch with us via our email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please outline your intent to return or exchange and the details surrounding.
- Please use your order number as reference.
- We will be in touch within 48 hours of sending your email and outline further details depending on your request
- We do not offer free returns
- All returns must be tracked
Imbellished by Bella does not provide refunds on sale items.
